Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mana Chamber. By using the Service you represent that you are 13 or older and that you are able to form a binding agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You may close your account at any time from your profile.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service through automated means;
• upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or that impersonates another person;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the decks, screen name, bio, and other content you create on Mana Chamber. By marking a deck as public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content so it can be shown to other users. You are responsible for the content you post and for having the right to share it.

5. Magic: The Gathering and fan content

Mana Chamber is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Magic: The Gathering, card names, mana symbols, and related imagery are trademarks and copyright of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Mana Chamber is not produced, endorsed, supported, or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. Card and community data are provided by third parties as described on our Credits & data sources page.

6. Third-party data and accuracy

Card details, prices, format legality, deck power estimates, and combo information are drawn from third-party sources and are provided for reference and entertainment only. They may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Prices are not offers to buy or sell. You are responsible for verifying anything important, including tournament legality, against official sources.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mana Chamber and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. The Service is provided free of charge, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in [your state] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
